You should be able to add sync capabilities for specific users, not be required to update sync for all users in the domain.
An email when printed does not show the attachments in any form. For business and legal purposes, verification that an attachment was sent is vital.
Could this please be fixed?
Most webmail providers allow us to forward mail inline or as attachment. I do not see this option in mailtrust. I suggest we allow the user to select how they want to forward their mail.
This could be an advanced setting that defaults to the current inline attachment.
The header of sent emails table reads "From" and should actually be "To"
As it is now I have to have any outlook distribution groups in a separate contacts folder because they cause the sync plug in to fail.

Currently you can only create a task due date by editing an already created task. I would like to be able to assign the due date when the task is being created.

when sending mails to multiple recipients using the bcc
field through webmail, I can't see the list of
recipients later, when looking at the sent mail
inside the "Sent"-folder.
The bcc header isn't visibile, and looking at the full
header shows only the first bcc recipient.

I wanted to submit an idea for Email Sync but there is no category for this product.
I would love to be able to make a subfolder within a folder. For example: Folder would be 2008 Files, once I click on that folder, I can have sub-folders that can be opened up. You are able to do this in Outlook & I love it!

In compose window, when we are selecting an address than comma(,) is not coming by default, than I need to put manual and than by pressing any alphabet, new address is coming.
Like "Support" now here comma(,) is not coming by default.

At the Control Panel in Email Marketing there are Resources. One of the Resources is Signup Boxes. I generated html from there that I used on our site to allow people to subscribe. They can input their email address and click subscribe. I'd like to know if there is a way to add a name field as well, so when they subscribe, we get their name and email address at the same time.
Give the email administrator the option to add a signature that would appear below any email sent from that domain, insetad of, or in addition to, any individual's signature already there.
In addition to the "Organization" and "Department" fields (which presently do not display in Company Directory), admins should be able to display users' "Job Title" in the Company Directory, similar to what is presently possible in My Contacts.

Whenever I am selecting more than one messages and want to drag them into another folder,
than only one message moves to another folder, not all selected.
why so ?
But if I am using "Move to folder" option than all messages are moving to particular folder.
Idea is, all selected messages should be dragged to another folder, not only one.

It would be great to be able to have on domain aliases and group lists be able to be added to the company directory. I know that the individual user can add to their contacts, but for some of the less experience users it would be simpler to just type a few letters in the To: field and have the address populate with no extra work on their end.
When I go away on a trip, there's a mad rush to get stuff done and I forget to set my vacation message.
When I get back from a trip I am swamped with other stuff and forget to turn off my vacation message.
But Webmail could help me! If I can go to my settings in webmail, type my vacation message and set the date/time for it to activate and the date/time for it to deactivate, then I can do it in relative calm a few days before my trip and then forget about it.
I've seen this feature elsewhere and would love Webmail to do it too.

It is currently too hard to add a JPEG which is what most people use as a logo as part of their email sign off.
The inability to add a logo makes business emails look less professional.
Currently, you can reply to mail forwarded to Webmail, and by default, it's sent *from* whatever mailbox you're logged into. You can create new identities and have forwarded-mail-replies sent from other addresses, but it has to be selected each time.
Much easier would be to either vary the default *from* identity depending upon the address the message was originally sent to, or a filtering system where you can set certain forwarded email to be responded to by a particular address of your choosing, by default. Of course, you should still leave it so we can change the sending/responding address if we want, just make it correlate to the address that the message actually came to so it's faster.
Allow for the ability to schedule an email to be sent out at a later point in time.
Could there be some sort of scheduling service for the emails marketing tool. It is very useful to be able to create emails in advance then set them to go out on a specific day and time. For example this would be used when employees are due to be on holiday.
The webmail interface lacks speed in loading at first and on major screen changes. The idea is to improve the speed of the Webmail interface.
It would be useful to have a button to switch between HTML and plaintext modes when in message preview or display modes.
